These terms govern your use of the apna-ai app and services ("the app"), operated by TGovern LLC. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. The app is offered in India. Account holders must be adults (18 or older); an adult may manage information about their household, including their children.

1. What the app is — and isn't

The app is an AI-powered personal and household assistant: voice conversations, reminders, events, tasks, and related features. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Medication features are reminders and logs only — always follow your healthcare provider's instructions. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; the app is not an emergency service.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID (or, where offered, through Stripe on the web). Prices and periods are shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; web subscriptions via the management link in your purchase receipt.
• The free tier includes limited voice minutes; limits are shown in the app and may change with notice.
• Family plans cover up to 5 members. The purchaser is responsible for the plan; seats may not be resold.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; Apple purchases follow Apple's refund policies.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, no impersonating others, no using the assistant to generate harassing or illegal content, and no reverse engineering except where the law permits it.

4. Your content

You own the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the app (store, process, and display your content to you and, for shared items, your family members). Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI content and reporting

AI responses are generated automatically and do not represent our views. If you receive an inappropriate response, report it via the support page so we can review it.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed reminders and their consequences.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
